The entire process of initial appointment to picking up the ring was so professional and easy. The owners sat down with us, explained the whole process and together we selected a diamond based on our budget. We came back a week later, saw the diamond and talked through designs - they custom make their jewellery and show you a 3D version of the ring before it’s made so you can make any changes until you’re 100% happy. Picked up the ring 10 days later and it’s more beautiful than I could have imagined! Such a stress-free process and run by such a lovely family. Would highly recommend!
